A Helping Hand Physicians Group came together in 2017 to assist partner Central Florida Nursing Home and Assisted Living facilities provide their patient and resident groups comprehensive, focused care.

Services

  • Nursing Homes

    A Helping Hand Physician Group offers compassionate and personalized care. We have some of the lowest return to hospital rates in the state and country. We are available 24/7 to ensure our partner facilities are able to offer their residents the best care they need.

  • Assisted Living Facilities

    We provide bedside care to residents at Assisted Living Facilities, including medical services and referrals for home health and home physical therapy. We work closely with ALF nursing staff and are on-call 24/7 to ensure our partner facilities are able to offer their residents the best care they need.

  • Comprehensive Coverage

    Humility and Compassionate service are values central to each of our Physician and Nurse Providers. We are consistent with industry standard practices and work a system of constant iteration and refinement to ensure efficient and effective service.
